How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email sales@usgladius.com with return explanation details. You will then be prompted with refund/return directions. Your money will not be refunded until USGladius® receives the returned item.
- Knives purchased from the following states will be refunded immediately upon purchase due to knife state laws. We cannot ship to: California, Massachusetts or New York.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
